CAS won't allow me to select traits

Recently updated with the Get Famous patch and most recent update, and started getting an error where, when creating families in CAS, I'm unable to select any traits. Obviously prevents me from saving or creating the household and starting any new games. I tried uninstalling Sims 4 and reinstalling the base game and all DLC from Games4theWorld and still got the same error seen below. What am I doing wrong?

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator (in quick scan mode) and post the result here.
