Hi guys!

I know it's not out yet, but now at least we have a relase date!  cheers 

So, since I found that it will be on september 2, I also found that an origin client is needed to install it.
Now, my question is: That means that only official registered games will work? or it wont be a problem for us that we'll be downloading it from here? 
I have to confess Im scared  lol!

Hi there,

Don't be scared, Adminator is here!
Currently we know just as much as you do. The fact that it requires Origin, shouldn't be a problem at all though. (Look at all the Uplay and Steam cracks out there) The crack will just bypass the launcher.

The Origin client is freely available for download. Wink  It might take some time though to get a release that has the Origin-portion removed, but in the end, yes, a pirated release won't require Origin.

There will always be a way passed it. once you install via origin it usually updates .exe's. adminator will track what files change and patch from there. its quite simple and just takes alot of concentration and recognition of the changes. I.e the letters frequently used in codes, the TS3.exe for example, changing everytime a exp is installed and so on. we can only thank admin for his time and patience overt he years supplying us with the sims. Best bet is to buy the base game try it out and then hopefully, patches will follow. I do hear they'll be a night life expansion with this sims 4 release!! xD exciting times!

Well, the good thing is that... as with (almost) all games, there will be pirated releases. But if I look at this here:

I always buy at least the base game with Sims, and not the rest. As it stands I plan on waiting at least a year to get the Sims 4. I remember all the Bugs with the Sims 3. I have a legal copy of that, and I still had tons of issues making it work, and their tech support does not really know english well...
