Major game breaking bug. [SOLVED]

Hello there.  I have installed all expansions up to Katy Perry's Sweet Treats(KPST).  My issue is that I get the unofficial game mod error.  I click continue and I get this:


I have made sure I installed correctly.  Applied the fix, manual patch(because I think my problem was that I first updated through the launcher and I tried the manual to see if it would reverse the problem I might have created), multiple times.  I made sure to save the fix to the base game bin, and I read and reread the installation instructions to make sure I was in the correct folder.  I am hesitant to reinstall, because that would be a very long process, and I don't know if anything will be fixed.  I backed up my files and deleted my mods folder in the save files in My Documents.  Nothing is working.  Another relevant thing is the fact that when I try to start TS3W it doesn't start on the first try.  I have to go to the launcher, then all my errors start.  Before I installed KPST I was having errors with Showtime and I was not only getting the unofficial game mod error, but when I tried to start it from the launcher, I got a no disc error.

Oh!  I feel silly now.  I read that page, but I didn't follow that step correctly.  Thank you
