Slight Freeze/Stutter When Clicking On Sim Empty Slight Freeze/Stutter When Clicking On Sim

So I downloaded the deluxe edition of the Sims 3 that contained all the expansion packs, stuff packs, and even store content. It installed fine, and the game runs smoothly. But whenever I click on a sim (mine or another) the game stutters for a second or two and then reverts back to normal. At first I thought it was my CC and so I moved the Mods folder to my desktop and tested it out but that wasn't the case. I looked online for some answers and was told to delete all my store content. Well you see the deluxe edition's folders are setup differently and so I had to do some digging but I eventually found the right files and deleted them. Now the stutter wasn't as bad as before, but it was still apparent and still annoying. So does anyone have any idea on how to fix this annoyance?
