I've tried all the recommended fixes but I still keep receiving the dynamic library .rdl .dll message. Is there any clue as to what is causing this?

Hello there! Smile

Did you already try the Ultimate Fix? You can find it here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t18086-the-sims-4-ultimate-fix

The part about adding the folders to the exceptions rules of your antivirus is important, as they may delete some files. Also make sure you do the part about the vcredist_x86 and vcredist_x64.

Please, let us know how it goes. Good luck! Very Happy

I had tried the ultimate fix and the language fix, to no avail.
I actually was able to get it to work after I uninstalled the game. But I was unable to uninstall through the control panel on the star menu. I had to go to the files downloaded and redo the setup, which popped up a menu to repair, modify, or remove. I seen that people were having trouble uninstalling the game so maybe this will help with that.
Thanks for the help.

I'm glad that you were able to solve the issue. Problem solved, topic closed. If you ever need anything else, don't doubt to come back!
