Installation error, game won't start - HELP Empty Installation error, game won't start - HELP

Hi there,

I've downloaded and installed the sims 4, however when I click on the icon an error comes up and the game won't start. Please let me know how to fix it! Have excluded it from my antivirus.

Please help!

It has a guide included. If you already added the antivirus exceptions, then continue with the Step 2 of the guide. Please, let us know how it goes. Good luck!
