Virus whenever I run The Sims 4

Hello guys!
So, I have downloaded and installed the sims 4 and the ultimate fix correctly, but whener i try to run the sims 4 AVG detects a virus called IDP.Trojan.60E173CA
How can I fix this?

Hi there!

You should try adding the The Sims 4 installation folder to the exceptions list on your antivirus. It should be located at Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. You can also add all of the 4 folders inside to be sure.

I think that I have added the whole sims 4 folder to the exceptions list but i will try what you suggested again in case I did something wrong! Thank you! Smile

I also have AGV, u have to add the folder & the subfolders & it should work fine! Smile
