i have problem with this.. problem with initialize (e1103) Untitled_zps82b3467f

i have try with this fix https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t18073-unable-to-start-initialization-error-at-start-up-possible-fix-1 .. but still cannot i still coming out with that error.. and when i install the the sims 4 why dont have origin????

i have try like u say.. but now the error is

Unable to start: initialization error at start up .. i try follow the instruction for this problem its same error .. what suppose to do.. did my lap top cannot support it?...
