Hi i installed the sims 4 yesterday and it was all working fine yesterday and this morning. However i have just gone to go onto the game and it comes up with the message "the dynamic library rld.dll failed to initialize (E0)". 
Please help!

The file has been deleted from your computer by your antivirus.
Please add the game folder to your antivirus, and install the game once again.

Thanks I tried that and it didn't seemed to work but I then tried doing the ultimate fix again and all is fine now
