Put houses in lots

Well I downloaded some houses for sims 4, and I don't know how to put them on the lots??  
I need help, I guess. I don't know if I'm in the right topic. sorry about that

Sorry for the late reply. 
If you already downloaded them, then you can find the Lots in "My Library", that can be accessed in the third tab of the Gallery window. When you find the one you want to put, just click on it and in the lower right corner there's a button. Press that button and it will take you to the town screen, with some lots highlighted green (these are the ones available for putting that lot). Just click on one of those and the lot should be placed there.
