Can't connect to origin for the comunity gallery
Hi!
So I've done everything this thread says and when I click on "Connect" it appears "Attempting to connect" and ... that's it. Until I choose "Stay offline" it's "connecting" to somewhere, but nothing happens. I've let this during several minutes (15-20 minutes) and NOTHING!
Could you please help me?

Hi there!
What was the username that appeared at the top left when you were trying to connect? Was it your username or RLD!?

I see. Unless it's showing your username, you won't be able to connect. Are you sure you left Origin logged in and running in the background?

I see. Did you by any chance uninstall the CAS Demo, if you had it?

I'm guessing it doesn't really matter. Try installing the demo again and see if you can connect then.

I've got the same problem. I followed the directions in the above mentioned thread word-for-word. I never had the CAS Demo in the first place, but I went and installed it to see if that would fix my problem of not being able to connect, but no such luck.

Re: Can't connect to origin for the comunity gallery
Hey! I've downloaded the CAS demo, and still I cant connect.
Now I can tell you this, I don't know if it would help:
You (G4TW) said in the main thread "All of the content you add to your Library will be saved as files in the C:\Users\[NAME]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray folder"
I went to see that in my computer and in the C:\Users\[NAME]\Documents\Electronic Arts I have 3 different folder:
"Les Sims 4 démo créer un Sim" (I'm French, so it's the CAS demo)
"Les Sims 4" (last modification today)
and "The Sims 4" (last modification the 24th october so the day I installed the game)
Now is there maybe a problem because of all those folders...? All of these folders have the exact same files and folders inside ... More or less (the "Les Sims 4" folder has a few more...)
Now I can tell you this, I don't know if it would help:

I see. So, is the game in French? Or is it in English?
I assume that the game is in French, as that folder is the one with more recent modifications. So, move the other folder (The Sims 4) out, but don't delete it. Try again after that. You may also try moving the other folder (Les Sims 4) to see if the game will connect to the Gallery then. Good luck!
