Help when i want to install Sims4 setup4.cab is corrupt. How to fix it?  btw  I'm new here.

Hello and welcome,

You MUST make an empty folder somewhere. And then you need to use the program WinRAR for opening the download of The Sims 4. After that, extract ALL contents of the .RAR file, into the empty folder you made. You can simply mark all the contents inside the .RAR with your mouse and then drag them out into the empty folder you made.
