Purchased Based Game/ New Fix Problems

So I bought the base game and tried to apply the fix, I did as was directed in the fix instructions but the new content is not there. What do I need to do?

Sorry for the very belated reply luvpudds,
Did you make sure to replace ALL existing files and folders ? And did you also make sure NOT to start Origin, before running the actual game ?
