OMG Crash!!! Help please!!!

Hi, everyone... I'm new here so don't get mad if I'm somewhat wrong Razz

Sooo I've updated my Sims 3 full collection two times and applied The ultimate fix for The Sims 3... First time it helped, but now it didn't. I would enter my game, start it. It would load normally, but when I play a little bit it just crashes (it takes me to desktop, without any warning or anything and says that "Sims 3 has stopped working"). So I don't know what to do... I already tried DEP (Data Execution Prevention). So HELP!!! You may think I'm am noobie, and that is TOTALLY fine! But please just help me! It just pisses me off! :'(

Hello Vakare and welcome to the forum,

Is your computer strong enough for the game and all expansions ? Can you try lowering some graphics settings in the in-game options menu and see if anything improves ? You may even try playing in "windowed mode" - also selectable from the options menu.

Next, have you tried all suggestions here ?

And finally, try to free up system resources on your computer. For that, you can use the tool "GameBooster". To learn how to do this, feel free to read up here:

Oh, hi! Thanks for your answer! My computer is totally strong, because I had Sims 3 AIO and it worked just perfect! Well yes I tried the windowed mode and lower graphics that didn't help... I looked up on forums and found some letters like mine after posting this and I tried everything in there nothing helped WhatDidUJustCallMe?

So yeah now I'm going to try game booster and hope it helps! Smile

And I have one question: can mods cause this crash?

Yes, mods can cause this too ! If you are unsure what mod exactly causes this, just go ahead and remove ALL mods for now. Smile
