I am unable to get pass the neighborhood screen. When clicking on a family to play/or build on a lot, I get the loading screen and am looped right back to the neighborhood screen. (。ヘ°) I have downloading the ultimate fix and and still will not work. Щ(º̩̩́Дº̩̩̀щ) Please help!

Please read this here, and apply everything on your own anti-virus program(s) !

After that, please re-download the Ultimate fix and re-apply it. See if that improves your game (normally, if done right, it should). Good luck and keep us posted !

Note: this is a known issue, and it is usually caused by anti-virus software that "clean" the game installation or crack, because they think these are virusses...which they aren't of course.
