Sims 4 error: Origin is currently not running

I blocked Sims 4 in the firewall, uninstalled all anti-virus programs on my pc, reinstalled it, redownloaded the files, redownloaded the ultimate fix and reapplied it also cannot fixed it. I also reinstalled Origin, tried without it open, even tried with it uninstalled. I already tried to fix for a few times but I still cannot fix this problem. I would appreciate if anyone would help me on this. Is that you should actually ALLOW the TS4.exe to communicate, through your firewall(s). So please make sure that you actually allow it, not only in your built-in Windows firewall but ALSO in your anti-virus firewall, if you have that.
