Origin is currently not running error in The Sims 4

Hi guys! As you can see in a topic, I've got a huge problem with my installation. I've tried everything, that I could! But, I don't know which files I should delete in order to stop Origin errors jump out. I've tried to restore the system from before the first installation. Also, I've used the fix from the site. In an attachment, there is a screenshot of a error. The folder, in which files are is 'C:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4', as it's written in an instruction within RAR. In spite of everything, I don't even HAVE Origin installed, so I don't have any clue why is it happening. So guys, please, help. It's a present for my younger sister, so it would be great if you could help. And, I'm a total noob, I'm not good at this stuff.

I hate to be unhelpful, but I am getting the same problem. I've even looked over other threads to try all those solutions and short of resetting my ENTIRE computer to factory default I have done all of the things I've been able to find on here. 

I get this error, and then when I start Origin for the heck of it, it gives me a "Run this game as administrator if it is your first time starting. Remember not to have origin running when you play this game."

FelipeSatanista !! I fixed mine!
My solution was to put it in C:\Program Files\The Sims 4. Then start the TS4 (not TS4_x64) As administrator by right clicking and chosing "run as administrator". The game will take some time to load, up to 30 seconds, but it works for me. Let me know if it works!

Correct.
Your install folder should not be a subfolder of Origin Games, Origin or Electronic Arts.
Simply MOVE it to just Program Files or Program Files (x86) (Don't COPY it)

Yes, that's perfect.
Problem with G4TW dpownload for the base game is - whatever you do - it always installs in a folder Electronic Arts.
After installation you have to MOVE it somewhere else and then continue with the DLC's
