Sims 4: All my Sims in Game getting Fat

Now to my "Problem": Since I installed the new EP Get to Work ALL my Sims in the Game are changing Fat without anything I can do. Even if I go in CAS (TestingCheats on and cas.fulleditmode Cheats active) and change them back to "normal" after a few minutes in Game they get back to there Fat state. Is this a Bug or do I have to do something else about it!? This has never happened before I installed the EP so I'm really confused now...

Sorry if this Question is wrong here or is asked before - and sorry for my English, I'm from Germany and trying very hard to do no mistakes...

Are you sure your mods or CC are not causing the issue ? Because that's the only thing that comes to my mind right now.   But I'll keep looking into that.

My sims easts whenever she wants.   And she doesn't do exercising THAT much either. Still she is not even remotely "fat" or anything...
