Get to work expansion pack

I can't open up the sims 4 game after logging off and closing my origin app. I downloaded the get to work expansion pack but after downloading it  i could not get any of the pack items,so I went offline and lof out of the origin account but then afterwards,I could not open up the game. Sims 4 gave me the initializing error at start up. [135dec40:984c6a38:00000077:00000000]. I copy and paste everything in the get to work file and replace it all over again but the same error keeps coming up. I run as administrator too but same problem.

Bump. I've tried doing the unable to start guide and add TS4 to the firewall,and I do not have windows defender,and yet it still does not work.

EDIT - If there is a Get to Work exe file, allow that through the Windows Firewall as well!
