How to install gtw with purchased sims 4

Im not sure if there is a guide to do this but i cant find it . I just want to know how/if i can install the gtw with the sims 4 i already purchased. Also is there a way i can get holiday retreat w/o redownloading the whole game? PLEASE HELP !

Also im not even sure how to close origin. Everytime i log out and go to ctrl + alt + del i end the task and then when i click the sims 4 icon, origin pops back up for me to login
