Get to Work problems? Empty Get to Work problems?

So i bought the base game through Origin and I'm first of all wondering if there is even a way for me to download packs for it and apply them so they work. If there is a way, then how?

Hello there,

Yes, you should technically be able to install Get to Work (for example) just fine. Make sure to copy the files to this folder instead: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\

Also make sure that Origin is in OFFLINE MODE and completely CLOSED before starting the game via the The Sims 4 .exe file. If you don't close Origin, the game pack will not be recognized, because it's not linked to your account.
