Game data incomplete

Been playing the game for two days without any complications and now this apperas, i cant play with the sim i was playing if i click on the house it just ree load the page and come back to this. how do i fix this?

I cant even choose another sim nothing it just load to go beck to choose a world again and again

Try removing your localthumbcache.package located in My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4

Also, if you recently added any new mods or CC (right before this glitch occurred), please REMOVE those items again.

i have the same problem, but i don't have mods on my Documents

You need to completely close Origin using the Task Manager and Try Again.
