TS4 GTW and DLC not installed?

Hello, I have been trying to install the new DLCs (Outdoor, etc.) and GTW for the past few days. My base game works fine and without origin, so I'm assuming something else went wrong.

Anyway, I've downloaded the torrent and have installed as per instructions included, just pasting the required folders into the correct folders. However, each time I start the game I only see the base game activated. Not too sure where have I gone wrong since this is not the first time I've installed games from games4theworld (you guys rock!!). Help, someone??

And before you ask, I do not have origin turned on, and have tried reinstalling everything, including the base game. Still, nothing turned up. I've tried using the ultimate fix to just get Outdoors, and even that did not work. Tried GTW only without the ultimate fix, and nothing came up as usual... Getting real desperate here!
