Sims 3 not responding? [SOLVED]

So, I'll open my Sims 3 game and it'll load up perfectly fine, then I click on one of my saved games and halfway through it's loading, it'll say it's not responding then shut down. I have installed the Ultimate Fix, I updated the patch like it said, I don't know what else to do. Any help?

Hello there,

Do you apply any Mod or Cc to you Sims? If yes, you need remove it and try run the game.

If no, please follow this:

1) Run The SIMS 3 Without Launcher
2) IF still found any problem, please update your graphic card driver.

Try first this two method. If you still got problem, please come back here

It didn't work when I ran it without the launcher (same problem occurred), and I don't exactly know how to update my graphic card driver...

For your information, you can update your graphic driver at here:

1) Nvidia Graphic Card
2) ATI graphic Card

Before that, please test run your system at :
System Requirements Lab

By the way, can you confirm to me that you didn't apply any CC or Mod to your Sims 3?

Okay, so I am REALLY bad at computers so I don't know what even the simplest things are. I don't know what CC or Mods are, or if I applied them or not. BUT, I will update my graphic drive and reply to that as soon as I'm done. (:

One last thing, I test ran my computer with Sims 3 and it failed because I don't have enough space in my computer. (Sadly, I have 2.1 GB and it said I need over 6.) Is that why my Sims game won't run or would it be something else?

It should work, even though there's not enough space. (Since the test assumes you don't have The Sims 3 installed yet)
