The Sims 3 not responding. [SOLVED]

Hi, so my Sims game keeps on giving me the "The Sims 3 is not responding." box when I'm in the middle of starting my town. It was working fine last night, though.

I've updated my game and used the new Ultimate Fix. I've tried using the fix again, launching the game from TS3W.exe, I've deleted unused files in my computer to make more room and I'm not running any other applications.

I have Late Night, Master Suite Stuff, Showtime, Town Life Stuff, Ambitions, and Generations. Help?

I just wanted to know, for number 2, do you have to do the same for Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, every single one I have?

Alright, so I tried the steps and it worked that night, but then this afternoon when I went to go play it wasn't responding again and it was loading really slow...

I've done number 2 and number 5, I don't think I need to do number 3 since I don't have problems with the graphics and I have a 64-bit system so I don't think I have to do number 6 either? And I do have a couple of mods/cc's, but only like maybe two clothing items and hairstyles, and I got those months ago.

Please remove your "Mods" folder completely. You have to try everything, in order to be sure.

I just did that, it still crashed... D:

So I did number 3 and the game worked - it was smoother than before (it lagged a lot) but the loading screen still took long. I didn't have a problem with that though, because the game actually worked.

But that was this morning and now it's late at night and I'd like to play but it keeps on saying it's not responding again. This seems to happen a lot though. I'll play for a while, then I'll come back after 2 hours or so and it'll stop working.

I'm pretty sure I only play for about two - three hours. But I play randomly during the day, I might play for a while in the morning then turn it off, then turn it back on after an hour or two. I did use my mods again, and I will check for conflicts. Thank you so much for all the help, sorry if this is getting annoying..

Edit: I used the scanner - looks like there are no conflicted or corrupt files.

Please remove all your Mods, download and run GameBooster and then test the game, see for how long it runs.

Hi, I just wanted to say that my game has actually been working for the past day or so. I haven't used that yet since the game's working, but should I use it just in case? I'm worried about it crashing again later.

You can always use it, later, when it starts crashing/freezing again.
