Sims need glitch

Recently, my sims have negative moodlets and their needs bar is yellow, even though they tried to increase that need.
I need to travel somewhere to reload the household to get it to work normally, and it is becoming annoying.
I have no mods or CC.
Here is a screenshot of my sim's hunger need.
Any suggestions?

Hello and welcome to the forum,
Did that problem pop up "suddenly" ? Have you tried deleting the localthumbcache.package file (located in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4) and seeing if that makes any difference ?
Are you using mods, and if so, have you tried removing them ?

Hi, and thank you for your answer.
It started when I installed the last update from this page.
I have no mods or CC, and i tried deleting the file, tried reinstalling, but it is still happening.
