Hey There:

I guess the title says it all, I haven't played for a bit, then I did the pet demo and now I don't have the store items that I downloaded from here which really sucks. I don't have any of the cities either????

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These are known issues, unfortunately. This global announcement has more information as well as a link to a page that lists possible solutions.
