i have a few problems!

I've downloaded sims reloaded from skidrow games before and one day there's some problems with origin automatically poping up every time I open The Sims 4.
So I uninstalled origin and sims 4 and decided to download this one <3
For that one the steps are quite complicated
But for this one I see the name Ultimate fix(?)
Can you tell me what ultimate fix is?
I have wandered in this website for a time and you have answered other users'questions like you have to install the base game with the ultimate fix(?)
So ultimate fix does not include the base game?
And i saw someone who wants to use the sims 4 official gallery
and you answered something like if you have installed the latest update (cool kitchen stuff) you cannot open the gallery
does it mean if I don't install the cool kitchen stuff i can access the gallery? (and which part does cool kitchen stuff belong?) (is it one part alone? aka for example not part 5 of ultimate fix with spa day)
and i found out that you said the ultimate fix pack includes a instruction but 
1) do i need to install ALL PARTS before extracting them? 
2) do i need to download all the parts
3) i can't find the instruction i am lost
4)does the ultimate fix(the one with YES) contain actual game updates or i need to download both ultimate fixes?
Sorry for being so long but i don't want to fail again 
i really hope you can answer me :'(

It's ok to have questions, no worries at all!

Please, if you have time, watch the video below, where I show step by step what you are supposed to do. You actually need the base game and the latest fix only to have everything running properly (supposedly, always).

Handling the anti-virus(es) seems to be the tricky part here, so pay special attention, create the proper folders and exclude them from your anti virus real time inspection BEFORE you even download anything to be on the "safe side"
