Problem with Holiday Celebration pack [SOLVED]

Several times I reinstalled Sim 4 Ultimate fix but I still have no All done at the direction and again nothing.What to do? To reinstall the whole game? I tried to fix TS4 addition and does not help. 
Pleeeeeaaaaaseeeee help me!!! 
P.S. I don't have Origin
