Custom Content stopped Working with Sims 4 Get Together [SOLVED]

3 months later, all I was missing was the Rldorigin.dll file (whatever it's called), and I have run into a new error. I just installed Get Together and it says 'One or more CAS items have been removed' when I load up a save game. Any solutions?

Thank you so much for your quick reply! The second topic helped me, I didn't know there even was a setting like that. It's pretty useless.
