Getting your save is newer than game

Sometime when I go in game I have been getting your save is newer than the game. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it corrupts my saved game before I have the chance to do anything

Sorry for my belated reply.
That usually happens when you run the legit game through origin and it updates the game and the saves. Then you run the cracked version and it's older than your saves, so it won't work because of that.
You can fix your game by renaming your Sims 4 folder inside your Documents and, if you need/want to play with the saves and CC, you need to move them individually/manually to the newly created folder (when you run the game again after renaming the old folder).

That's odd though I got the ep's and the extra stuff from here.including the fix. So they aren't the legit copies. I don't even have orgin installed on my pc. So I don't get it.

Thanks carlos I had to reinstall the game and just apply the fix not get together. So far it's working. But it's only been an hr so far. Fingers cross. I think that could of been why it was closing on it's own also. So lets see

But you won't have the "get together" content that way I guess. The installation order that I would recommend is actually this:
TS4 Base Game -> Get to Work -> Get together (without the current Ultimate fix).
But of course, feel free to keep us posted here.
