Sims 4 does not work after all fixes

I am currently using Windows 7 (x64). I have played Sims 4 cracked by skidrowreloaded before, but attempting to install any updates broke it. I have reinstalled the game now, and base game (downloaded from skidrow) worked, but trying to update it as per instructions on this site (Get To Work, Get Together, Ultimate Fix) broke it. Instead of launching it tells me that Sims 4 stopped working.
I also tried deleting that version, installing the one downloaded from this site, and going through the same steps. The result is the same.
I have Origin logged in offline, and antivirus ignores the entire Games folder. Speaking of which, I have tried to install Sims 4 into D:/Games, but from the start it installed it into C:/Program Files(x64)... etc. I then moved it to the D:/Games folder manually, as per instructions that came with Ultimate Fix. Can this be the source of the problem?
(I CAN NOT install it on C. This is not my computer and I am only allowed to use D:/Games for installing my stuff.)

Hello and welcome to the forum @Liliet,
The instructions do not mention anywhere that you need the Ultimate fix, this time.
Maybe you misunderstood something there. But it is enough to keep the install order as follows:1) TS4 Base game
2) Get to Work
3) Get together
4) "Hotfix" (see this here)
The Ultimate fix - at least the current version - does not contain the files for "Get together", and it's not really needed if you install our "Get together"-expansion.
If you get a crash during startup, that can be for various reasons. See this topic here, for a start, and focus on the "DEP" part:

Thanks! I think I got confused when looking for info on Outdoor Retreat actually... I'll try that now!

It's OK, no problem. I'm not sure if you did that too, or even if it can help. But try right-clicking on the desktop shortcut of the game and choose "run as Administrator".

Yes, thanks! If the game still refuses to run after I reinstall it, I'll try that!
Also, I looked into the DEP thing, and it's turned on only for essential services. Whatever it was, that's not it...
By the way, it again refused to install where I told it to. I guess if it still works when moved it shouldn't be a problem, but that's weird behavior o.O
UPDATE: The game worked after I added Get To Work, but Get Together broke it. I'll see if the hotfix fixes that...
UPDATE 2: well, it didn't. And just Get To Work doesn't seem to contain Outdoor Retreat... I dunno what to try next. I don't really want to look for Outdoor Retreat separately outside this site...
(P.S. Run as administrator didn't fix anything either, and the version that worked worked without it)

I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I can't give a definite answer to your problem here. I can use the G4TW stuff (minus the current Ultimate fix) just fine, and nothing is 'broken'.
Outdoor Retreat should already be included in "Get to Work" though - without the need for Get together/Ultimate fix.

Can you try moving your installation folder of "The Sims 4" right under the desktop, and start the game from there, then ? All these issues about "suddenly missing" DLC which should be there are mostly caused by either anti-virus issues or file/folder permission errors. Issues, which many users seem to have huge difficulties with.
If you keep the programs under C:\Program files (x86), you will usually be confronted with these issues. I myself have actually moved my game to a different hard-drive in my Windows 10 system. And no problems there.
