[Sims 4]Game data Incomplete

I have followed the entire process of Ultimate guide. All my files are from G4tw.
Things I have tried:

- Running game.
- ignoring warning message
- Placing Dine out Restaurant (the icon kept moving but nothing is happening. for 1 hr +)
- not placing the restaurant and going into character house (loading screens kept loading)
- running game in admin
- switching off anti-virus
- creating a new character (but still can't load house)

Still have the Game Data Incomplete, I must have done something wrong at this point as nobody seem to have the same issue as I did ):

What is happening is that you are trying to play the game with Origin open in the background. It will remove the DLC from the game, triggering this message to appear. Please, take a look at this topic here:

In the note regarding DLC and Game Packs, you'll find the explanation for that. And also what to do. So, please read that part very carefully.

First of all,I am not lilliththirteen. haha.
As for that, I have already went through the forum question. This does not solve my problem as Origin was never running. Not even in the background.

Is there any other possible reason why the game doesn't work for me when I try to enter a Sim House? I have even removed all my mods.
