Hello!
I was wondering if I could use pirated sims 3 expansion and stuff packs with my store bought base game and expansions?
I've downloaded from here before but now that I'm downloading I don't know if I did this or not and knowing now would be very helpful!

Yes you can, just install into the same directory as the base game.
