If you have any anti-virus software, please turn it off for the time being. Also right-click on the game's shortcut and select "run as Administrator", just to be safe.

Please have a look now at this here, and put your "system locale" to English, if it isn't in English already.

No problem - that's what we are here for.   As for the topic I linked to in my previous post, I wrote it (yesterday) in anticipation of your thread here, but I have to admit I'm a bit surprised myself that it worked out for you. I know that this topic that I linked to is useful in cases where the installer language is different, or the general display language cannot be changed.
