Help with installing expansions on bought game.

So i bought the sims 4 (i make sure to support the devs at least once), I didn't torrent it and I got it from Origin which means i have log into Origin and launch the game from there. Can someone please give me help on installing the game because each time I try, I have fix the game by reinstalling it and Origin refuses to open the game after i try to add the files to my folder. Also after I install the expansions and stuff packs can i still excess the gallery? Thank you so much for the help, have a great day.

It is either or
Either you install all games and expansion via Origin - you can then still access the Gallery
Or you switch over to downloaded games and you have no access. In this case do not update your games via Origin.

Ok it's fine that I do not have access to the gallery and Origin, but can I add the downloaded games to the game that I already bought? If so, how can I? I'm sorry to ask so much questions but i'm new to downloading games for the sims 4.

Hello and welcome to the forum @AngelaMV !
You can download these pirated expansions from the official site here. Download (and install) at first "Get to Work"; followed by "Get together". And at the very end, you apply the so-called hotfix.
The way you "install" these DLC is that you simply copy and paste the contents of these packs, over your folder where you installed your Sims 4 base game to. If you got it from Origin, then that should be C:\Program fiels (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\. When prompted, replace the existing files in the destination.
Another specialty with pirated Sims 4 games is that you will need to configure your Windows Defender and/or anti-virus exclusions properly. See this post here:

Depending on what programs you have on your computer you may also need to do additional research on your own.

Thanks a lot for your help, I appreciate it. 
*Also, I have to disconnect from Origin right, how do I do that? And do you guys have Romantic Garden Stuff? I couldn't find it anywhere and I was excited about the ancient Greek and Roman theme to it. It's fine if you don't have the newer stuff packs yet i'll just wait.

Romantic Garden and Filmnight are not yet available for illegal downloads.
Disconnecting from Origin:
Make sure Origin is not active on your taskbar - pay special attention to the righthand corner of your taskbar, near the clock, click on the ^-sign and check if you see the Originlogo, rightclick on it and choose Close.

Hello and sorry for the late reply,
I myself log out from within the Origin-client. There should be the option "Log off" somewhere under the first tab, at the top of the Origin-client-window. After that, make sure to close the login-prompt too that will come up.
ALL Origin-related windows/tabs must be completely closed before playing a pirated Sims 4.
