Sims 3 world adventures expansion install. Empty Sims 3 world adventures expansion install.

sims file is not showing up in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE
and i got an error message saying:
the setup has detected that the installed game region for this update is incorrect
this update requires a different game region in order to be installed

Hello @bornstellar45,

If you have a 32-bit Windows operating system, the location should be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Sims 
If you have a 64-bit system however, the location is this: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Wow6432Node -> Sims.
