Origin no running problem

I installed the game then the fix, it worked! 
then I installed some mods and it stopped working, so I deleted the mods and trays and all that custom content, tried again, still error "origin is not running" so I reinstalled the fix and later attempted to do every possible fix... it still doesnt work
I have Win7 64bit
also I am new here  hello

Welome to the forum.
When you play the 64 bits version of the game, you have no problems with anti-virus, so when you still get the Origin is not running message it means that Origin is RUNNING.
Check the taskbar and also the ^sign (click on it and look in the window for the origin logo. Close Origin)

You must of course start your game with the file TS4_x64.exe and not with TS4.exe

my Origin is not running, like 100% sure it is not
error is still there :< 
thank for help, I'll try reinstalling maybe  I cant cause I have to little space on my C.... well I guess its sims 2 then
