The sims 3 pets has stopped working! (NO CC's) [SOLVED]

Hello, I need
some help. I installed Sims 3 base game and it worked properly. I don't
have any downloaded CC or Modes, everything is deleted. Like I said, I
used your installation guide, but everytime I turn Sims 3 Pets on it's
okay. When I create pets and people it's okay. When the town loading
it's okay too. But when I AM ON MY OWN LOT (moved after creating sims)
the game works like for 5-7 seconds, then freezes and shuts down with a
message "The Sims 3 Pets has stopped working". What is wrong with my
sims 3 pets? I reinstalled like MANY times and still, nothing. And my pc
is new and beats all the requirements. And this happens EVERY SINGLE
TIME. Must say I tried DEP thingie and my drivers are updated! (just checked). Just dunno what to do...

Did you add ALL OF THE .exe files to the DEP? All .exe files from EVERY The Sims 3 folder, everything!

Sorry for the 2 topics, and I actually FOUND A SOLUTION! Everyone, who gets this error: Just open your NVIDIA or other video card control panel, find The tab 3D settings, Click manage 3D settings, scroll down and you'll find that tab called "Vertical Sync" Once u find it, select Force off and restart your computer! Worked for me! Playing with no crashing to the desktop!
