Origin is currently not running d3382ced:984c6a38 error

I have tried many methods already such as applying the ultimate fix , updating my vc files , reinstalling and etc but the error is still the same


My download contains
Full Base Game
- Game Version v 1.20.60.1020
- Unlocked Deluxe Edition.
- All DLC, add-ons and Packs Incl:
* Get to Work
* Get together
* Luxury Party
* Perfect Patio
* Cool Kitchen
* Spooky stuff
* Movie hangout
* Romantic garden
* kids Room
* Outdoor Retreat
* Spa day
* Dine in

Can anyone kindly advise me a big solution that can solve this issue? Cause this is the only the issue that is stopping me from my sims 4

Hello @EdmundSong,

Have you downloaded your Sims 4 games, from Games4theworld here? If yes, is your install folder "The Sims 4" still under C:\Program files (x86)\Electronic Arts? In that case, move the folder out of Electronic Arts, and directly under Program files (x86).

Also, if you have a software named "Lavasoft Web Companion", please uninstall that thing, as it only prevents you from running the game.

Thank you for responding to my thread.

I downloaded the reloaded version therefore when its downloaded it's already at Programme File(x86) and I do not have Lavasoft Web Companion in my computer.

Does it make a difference if you use the TS4.exe or the TS4_x64.exe for running the game?

It doesnt make a difference. Both still states origin currently not running error

In that case, please check (again) that your anti-virus & Windows Defender exclusions are configured correctly. You can find some basics here. Note that if you have different software than the one I used as an example, you will need to do more research on your own program(s):

After which you should re-download and re-apply the No-Origin-files here:
