Crashes everytime I try to click Gameplay Option. [SOLVED]

Straightforward title. Even though it keeps crashing, I do not think it has effects on the gameplay itself. However, everytime I click the Gameplay Option, it will crash 100% of the time. Anyone know how to fix it

Did you change anything about the game since the last time it worked, did you maybe add a mod or something along the lines?

I read the guide you gave me and yes it was one of the mods. I spent this morning trying to figure out which one. It was Weerbesu's UI Cheats Extension v1.7 thats causing it. I downloaded the v1.6 and it worked perfectly. Thank you
