Dine Out DLC is not working. [SOLVED]

Hello everyone! 
This is my first post I came here with a problem and I'm fighting with this for a few days now. My problem is in the title: Dine Out is not working. I don't see it in my game. I've read all the instructions, instaled ultimate fix and dine out hotpatch from this page although my base game and other DLC's are from other forum(I had get to work and get togheter ect before). I asked there and they didn't help me that's why I'm here. Please tell me what else can I do to play Dine Out, I wish I could. I'm talking only about Dine Out, all the other extentions are working perfectly. Thank You for your time

In particular, try moving your install folder of The Sims 4 to the desktop, and then try running the game (as Administrator!) from there. Also, did you use WinRAR for extracting the contents of the .RAR?

Thank You for the response! First, I did all the steps from this link. Nothing. And than moved my sims 4 folder to desktop (I had it on D drive before) and still nothing. I'm not sure if this is a problem conected with security, antivirus ect. It might be something wrong with the files. Last year I f**ked up something with my files and needed to reinstal all the game but now I'm desperately trying to avoid this. When I did this I obviously had my saves but after reinstaling all the conections between my sims and families have disapeard. Simmers will understand ... Or I don't know, maybe I'm wrong (I hope so). And ofcourse I used winrar, copied everything in the right place...I have no idea if this is a clue but I also can not change language. I edited RldOrigin but it gave nothing. Anyway the language is not so important but Dine Out is  Do You have any other idea?

You probably made a (small) mistake somewhere; changing the language or making Dine Out show up shouldn't be much of a science. But if you like, I can have a look at the problem through TeamViewer. Feel free to check the chatbox regularly, to see if I am online. We'll then see what can be done about this.

I gave up and reinstalled the whole game. Took me only one day haha  Now everything is working perfectly and I even managed to change the language! Thank You verry much for help. Instructions on this forum are much better and clearer than in my previous source. Can't wait for City Living! Could someone delete this topic since I don't need help in this matter anymore?

@DupBulb, sorry for the late reply, and not catching "each other" on the chatbox. I haven't really been that active for a while on here (had to finish several projects and was too busy therefore). Glad to hear you figured it out yourself though! Even if I helped via TeamViewer, I may not have found this cuplrit that easily. Always make sure to use WinRAR for extracting the contents of the .RAR downloads, and keep the recommended install order of items, as described here:
