New Fix problem?

So, I've had all of the expansions from this site, including the original game.  I don't have the original installed nor is Origin on.
When I installed the new fix, I suddenly don't have any of my other expansions.  The worlds don't show up and the content is no longer there.  I was mainly just wondering if I did something wrong while applying the fix or if I just goofed in general and this wasn't what I thought it was...

When you install DLC's, do NOT use the fix !!!!
The fix is only meant for people wanting to play with the base game only !!!
Try to solve the problem by installing City Living again.

When you then get the "wrong version, update via Origin" error, delete the file GameVersion from the folder user\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
