The Sims 4 Vampire and Toddlers not showing up in game???

So I've downloaded it with the alternative link and it's just not showing up in my game. Like I only see the stuff from expansions I already had. But when I check the Program Files, I have the Vampire World and all that stuff but when I play it's just not there. When I went to install The Sims 4 and the DLCs it said I already had the Sims 4 downloaded. Could that possibly be the issue?

Once again, I've managed to solve my own problem.
So, since I didn't have to install the base game and the other expansions I already had,  I shouldn't have been trying to play the game by clicking the icon for the Sims 4 base game that was previously on my desktop. I tried to play the Sims 4 through the ZOrigin application but it told me that I needed to update the Sims 4. So I updated the Sims 4 (only he base game, I haven't updated the rest yet) and played through the ZOrigin application. Then it was working and all my mods, characters, and saves were still there.

After that I wanted to check to see if I would have to play through ZOrigin each time so I tried clicking on my previous desktop icon again and it still worked.

So all you need to do is update the Sims 4 through the ZOrigin application if you didn't have to install it through there. You don't have to update the other expansions, just the base game.
