Stuck on loading screen

HI, somehow i managed to resolve the problem that i had , but now i have another one .I can open the game and create a family, but when i chose to put my family into a household i stay at the loading even 20 minutes (where the green ruby is spinning), and nothing happens.Any ideas ? I do not have any mods.
