Origin error 327683

Everytime i try and download sims 4 through ZLorigin I get the error message saying it can't be installed. I am logged in properly through Zclient and everything is updated.

this has been 3 days now that it hasn't worked for me, I have antivirus turned off while i download but that's not solved it.

Used to work mid May, but not now. just wanna play some parenthood.

Just trried again, same error and "download failed" every single time.

I don't have the option to repair because the game won't install, it gets to the end of the download bar, and as soon as it is finished I get the error, if I right click I have the option to install the game, but if I try it just says "download failed" even though it seems to have downloaded all/most of the game files as they are in the games folder.

I have followed all the steps in troubleshooting but this problem isn't covered in it and none of the steps solved it.
