Origin isn't currently working

So I just installed one by one all the sims to the latest Parenthood and the newest update 1.30.105.1010.
I tried opening it but it gave me the error :
I checked out my computer, turns out I didn't even download origin in the first place.
I downloaded it and logged in. Technically it's suppose to be running but I still gives me the same errors.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,
Actually, you're not supposed to even log into Origin in the first place. Make sure that your anti-virus/windows defender are turn off or have excluded the relevant files/folders and then download the .dll files here.

Have you moved (not copied) your install folder from C:|Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to just C:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4. (or in D:\) ?
Your install folder must not be situated within a folder called Electronic Arts, nor in Origin Games.
