won't let me play household I made [SOLVED]

When I added the update and parenthood at first it was just taking forever to load, I searched a bit and thought I found a solution but now it doesn't even let me play when I move a sim into a house it just takes me back as if i'm choosing which household to play. I've tried everything even reinstalling I also read the steps on installing correctly but nothing seems to work, help?

Try updating to Fitness as well and start the game with a fresh save -> Move out your Sims 4 folder in Documents.

ok so I just went with the update and ignored the other two packs and it loads now the only problem is that it keeps freezing the sim. Imma try the steps to see if it works
Edit: omg thank you so much I installed parenthood it did the same thing so when I installed the fitness one I removed the sims folder and the game folder and now it works
