Saving problem

Hi, I am currently having a problem with my Sims 3. After I manually updated the game and tried to play it, as soon as I buy something different or try to create a character, it will not let me save my game and gives me the error quote "An unexpected error has occurred. Error code 16. Please consult the readme for more information." Any advice? I have installed every expansion and I have used the ultimate fix.

Correction to my last post, it is when I try to change the color of something, i.e, custom content that the error comes up. I am working on my end to find out the problem, I will let you know what I discover.

Hello,
Error code 16 pops up from time to time. When you save your game, use save as... instead of save and rename your save game.
