Problem with saving my game
When i go to save my game, i get a pop up saying something like "Error 13 please read the ReadMe Files" i was also getting this message a few days ago, but recently i applied the ultimate fix and it was fine, now it's doing it again, help

A solution I see is to just do a save as instead of a save.
Another is to defragment your drive where your saving it to.
Either using the one that came with Windows or another program with a bit more info.
One that came with Windows can be accessed fairly easily, I typed dis and it was the third option from the top, but typing in like disk defragmenter. Or even Windows Key+R and type in dfrgui.exe can run it.
The disk defragmenter program I use is Defragger from Piriform, I haven't had a problem with it, and offers a lot more info then the one that came with Window's.

Also, check your saves in your Sims 3 folder - they might be corrupt. They'll have a .bad extension if they are.

or this Start button/All programs/Accesories/System Tools/Disk Defragmenter

There is no clear reason for error code 13, but you may indeed try to "save as".
